Prime Minister Modi just met up with the big boss of Dubai, ya know, the Vice Prez and Prime Minister of UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. So, they’re talkin’ about a whole buncha stuff, like trade, investments, technology, education, and how people from India and UAE are gettin’ along and helpin’ each other out. They’re pumped about how the economic ties are getting stronger, and they’re big fans of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Also, they just sealed the deal on a Bilateral Investment Treaty, so that’s pretty rad.
Oh, and get this – Prime Minister Modi thanked Sheikh Mohammed for being cool to the Indian community in Dubai. They both agree that the Indian peeps have made a huge impact on Dubai’s growth as a trade and tourism hotspot.
And wait, there’s more! Prime Minister Modi is totally stoked about this Indian Community Hospital that Sheikh Mohammed is giving land for in Dubai. It’s gonna be a game-changer for the blue-collar workers in Dubai, giving them access to affordable healthcare.
Lastly, Prime Minister Modi invited Sheikh Mohammed to drop by India whenever he’s up for it. Sounds like a blast, right?
